Accompanying persons/spouses fee € 295,00
The accompanying person fee will give admission to:
- Welcome Reception on Sunday 22 June 2008
- Welcome Buffet on Sunday 22 June 2008
- Reception at Town Hall on Monday 23 June 2008
- Dinner at City Centre on Monday 23 June 2008
- Dinner at Hotel l’Empereur on Tuesday 24 June 2008
- Lunches on Monday 23 June 2008 and Tuesday 24 June 2008
- Hotel accommodation in double room on shared bases including breakfast and taxes, from Sunday 22 June till Wednesday 25 June 2008
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can only be accepted in writing by mail, fax or e-mail to the Congress Management (CAM). Registration fees will be refunded with a 50% deduction if cancellation is received before 1 May 2008. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1 May 2008. Refunds will be paid by bank transfer after the congress. Exchange rates differences and bank charges will also be deducted.
